James A. Young has over 25 years of experience practicing law in the Tampa Bay area primarily in property and casualty insurance defense litigation, both in private practice and staff counsel where he also served as managing attorney. In addition he has appellate experience in state and federal court in areas of civil litigation and criminal appeals. Mr. Young received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida and is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar.  He is rated  AV-Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, and is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Court Civil Mediator and as an Appellate Mediator.

Robert J. Scanlan is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Law and has been a member in good standing with the Florida Bar for over 21 years.  As a civil trial attorney, Mr. Scanlan returned over 50 jury verdicts on behalf of individuals, corporations and government entities in both state and federal court. He is rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Scanlan intially served as a Circuit Court Civil Mediator from September 1998 through August 2003.  In June 2010, he became recertified as a Circuit Court Civil Mediator.
